FCA meets on Thursday monings in the gym at 7:20. Come join us!

Since 1954, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) has challenged athletes and coaches to impact the world for Jesus Christ. FCA is cultivating Christian principles in local communities nationwide by encouraging, equipping and empowering others to serve as examples and to make a difference.

Reaching nearly two million people annually on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels, FCA has grown into the largest sports ministry in the world. FCA’s efforts are focused on our Four C’s of Ministry: Coaches, Campus, Camps and Community.

To see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of athletes and coaches.

To present to athletes and coaches, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church.

Integrity – Serving – Teamwork – Excellence

Our Four Cs

The first ministry we have in FCA is ministry to coaches. Coaches are the heart of FCA. Our role is to minister to them by encouraging and equipping them to know and serve Christ. FCA ministers to coaches through Bible studies, prayer support, discipleship and mentoring, resources, outreach events, and retreats. FCA values coaches, first for who they are, and for what God has created them to do.

The Campus Ministry is initiated and led by student-athletes and coaches on junior high, high school, and college campuses. The Campus Ministry has four ministry types: Huddles, Team Bible Studies, Chaplain Programs, and Coaches Bible Studies. They have emerged over the years as effective ways to establish FCA ministry presence on campuses across the country. This year, FCA impacted more close to 7,000 campuses and more than 340,000 participants.

Called a week of “inspiration and perspiration,” FCA Camp has been changing lives since the first-ever camp, which was held at Estes Park, Colo., in 1956. Most recently, a record 302 camps were conducted nationwide with over 46,000 enthusiastic and devoted young athletes and coaches attending.

FCA has ministries that reach the community through partnerships with local churches, businesses, parents, and volunteers. These ministries not only reach out to the community, but also allow the community to invest in athletes and coaches. Non-school-based sports, adult ministries, youth sports, FCA Teams, clinics, resources, and professional athlete ministries are our main areas of ministry. To address this opportunity, we’ve established many sport-specific ministries within FCA. Those include Golf, Lacrosse, Baseball, Hockey, Motocross, Health & Fitness, Skateboarding, Surfing, Endurance, Hockey and Wrestling.
